How easy is it to use?
You enter your web orders on the www.pams.co.uk site, including your customers address and any special delivery instructions. This information is protected by a unique account number and password.
What happens then?
The order is printed out in our warehouse, the order picked and packed and shipped the same or next day. All paperwork and packaging is plain cover, and despatched by web warehouse. Pams or Platinum Logistics names will not appear anywhere.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
When you enter the order, you will be able to see ‘live’ stock figures, so you will already know if the goods are available. If for any reason a product is unavailable when the order is picked, a member of the Platinum Logistics Support team will contact you.
What does it cost?
All Pams products will be charged at list price, regardless of any discounts you might receive on orders shipped to you. You will pay an Admin Fee of £4.99 per order up to 2kgs.
For orders over 2kgs or sent by Special Delivery/Courier for next day delivery there will be a £3.00 surcharge (UK mainland only). Offshore charges may apply and are available on request.
All paperwork, postage and packaging costs are included in the admin fee.
